Pharmacy services are available locally in Three Forks by Three Forks Family Pharmacy. If you have questions regarding your prescriptions or prescription drug coverage, Three Forks Family Pharmacy can be reached at (406) 285-3883 or HERE.

For prescription refills, please contact Three Rivers Clinic, allowing 48 to 72 hours for complete processing.

Financial Policy

As a privately-owned Rural Health Clinic, Three Rivers Clinic does not offer a sliding scale and the consequential government-funded subsidies. Payment is due at time of service. For a full explanation of our financial policy, please contact the clinic and we would be happy to answer all questions.
