My name is Crystal Marx. I have been a registered nurse since 2001 and a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2019. I obtained a Master's of Science in Nursing from the University of North Dakota.
My family and I live in Three Forks, my husband and two sons; Sawyer and Gabe. Both my husband Mat and I were born and raised in the Gallatin Valley, growing up in Belgrade.
Our family loves baseball, camping, boating, fishing, watching Bobcat football and just being outside in the summer and sometimes in the winter too.
I have worked as a RN in the hospital setting on the medical/surgical unit for 6 years followed by the wound clinic. I continue to be certified in wound care.
My family and I feel so grateful to be part of the Three Forks community and I love being able to work so close to home in a great rural clinic.
Lauren is a Montana native who has been practicing as a nurse practitioner for 6 years. After receiving her baccalaureate nursing degree from Carroll College in 2011, she worked as an
oncology nurse at St. Peter’s Health in Helena. In 2012, she was accepted into Montana State University`s Family Nurse Practitioner program and graduated with honors in 2015 -
she actually completed some of her clinical rotations here at Three Rivers Medical Clinic during that time! Lauren has always held a special place in her heart for rural medicine
having worked on several ranches across the state of Montana throughout her adult life.
Lauren and her husband, Shane, moved from British Columbia back to Montana this past summer. They currently live here in Three Forks with their daughter, Evelyn, and their two Labradors,
Earl and Gunner. They are thrilled to be living back in the Gallatin Valley among her family and all of the recreational opportunities it has to offer – fishing, hunting, skiing, mountain
biking, camping, riding horses and hiking are just a few of their favorite things!
My name is Cierra Myers and I am a Three Forks native. Go Wolves! I attended MSU where I received by Bachelors in Nursing in 2014.
I worked as an inpatient RN for 3 years at Bozeman Health, then worked as an ear, nose, and throat nurse for almost 6 years in Bozeman.
I graduated with my Doctorate in Nursing in 2023 from MSU and I'm excited to work as a Family Nurse Practitioner in my hometown.
In my free time, I enjoy golfing, skiing, and lake days at Canyon Ferry. I also enjoy singing and playing music with my Dad. I moved
back to Three Forks from the "big city" (Bozeman) and it feels so good to be home! I look forward to working with you and
providing care to our rural community.

Malori is a Three Forks native who returned to Montana after attending College @ Seattle University. She has been the Practice Manager since 2021 but has
been with Three Rivers Medical Clinic as a Patient Care Coordinator for 5 years prior to that. Malori discovered her unexpected passion for healthcare
when she started caring for patients in her hometown. It is a rewarding honor for her to use her intimate connection with this community to help Three
Rivers Clinic.
When she is outside of the clinic, Malori and her 2 boys spend lots of time exploring nature, fishing, catching frogs, snakes and any other creatures
they can find. Their favorite discovery so far has been the 2 inch Giant Water Beetle (aka Toe-biter) that Brantley rescued in our parking lot at Three
Rivers Clinic.
