In addition to being the owner of Three Rivers Medical Clinic, Cindy is a certified family nurse practitioner (FNP). She has been in the healthcare field for
the past twenty years, and has been practicing in Three Forks for the past 6 years. Having grown up in a small town in Colorado, she is quite passionate about
rural healthcare. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing (FNP) at the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. She also holds a Bachelors of Science
in Nursing from Simmons College in Boston, MA, and a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry from Colorado State University in Fort Collins. In 2019, she had the
honor of purchasing the Three Rivers Medical Clinic.
Cindy and her husband Matthew and their children Zach and Sophia moved to Gallatin County in the fall of 2016. They have 3 dogs, 5 horses, 2 donkeys, three barn cats, and innumerable chickens and ducks. Cindy and Matthew stay quite busy with their kiddos—driving Zach to the ski hill every weekend during the ski season and hauling Sophia and her horses to barrel races/rodeos near and far.
My name is Crystal Marx. I have been a registered nurse since 2001 and a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2019. I obtained a Master's of Science in Nursing from the University of North Dakota.
My family and I live in Three Forks, my husband and two sons; Sawyer and Gabe. Both my husband Mat and I were born and raised in the Gallatin Valley, growing up in Belgrade.
Our family loves baseball, camping, boating, fishing, watching Bobcat football and just being outside in the summer and sometimes in the winter too.
I have worked as a RN in the hospital setting on the medical/surgical unit for 6 years followed by the wound clinic. I continue to be certified in wound care. My family and I feel so grateful to be part of the Three Forks community and I love being able to work so close to home in a great rural clinic.
